Personnel Facebook no longer Forced to Deal after Sexual Harassment. Facebook will no longer force employees to make a deal after they have been the victim of sexual misbehaviour within the company.

With this step, Facebook follows internet giant Google, who announced earlier this week to do this.

Microsoft and Uber have also performed such policies.

Because Facebook employees were forced to make a deal in arbitration cases that did not go to court,

some perpetrators could continue their behaviour within the company.

And because of arbitration cases, misconduct remained classified in many cases.

According to Facebook, it is time to put an end to that. Employees can promptly file a case with the court.
